Q. How much do you charge for simple repairs?
There is no call out charge. Repairs are always given a genuine estimate before work starts if there are any potential issues these will be highlighted before work commences.

Q. Do you accept credit card payments?
Unfortunately we do not accept any type of card payment at the moment to keep our charges to you as reasonable as possible.

Q. It says that you don’t work with gas does this mean you can’t move radiators for example?
No if part of the work a customer requires includes moving or adding a radiator this can be included.

Q Can I supply my own bathroom suite to take advantage of any local offers like ex display items?
Yes of course this is possible, but it is important to check with us first that they are suitable and will fit your circumstances.

Q. Do you charge for designing?
We do not charge for this, it involves an on-site survey, and of course a discussion about your particular requirements. You will then be given our design proposals which will be fully costed for labour, parts and if necessary sanitary wares.

Q Will we be able to use the taps in the house and toilet while you are working?
We always aim to limit the time that we turn off your water supply to be as short as possible.
For longer projects we will discuss the work sequence with you keeping any inconvenience to a minimum.
